Leannza, BSN, RN
Raised in Dallas, Texas, Leannza earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University before beginning her career in pediatrics at a leading children’s hospital. That foundation instilled a deep commitment to safety, precision, and patient-centered care – standards that remain at the core of every treatment she performs.
After transitioning into aesthetic medicine, Leannza discovered her passion for the artistry and anatomical expertise behind injectables. She specializes in neurotoxins and dermal fillers designed to enhance facial balance while preserving natural expression. Her work is intentional and refined – never overdone – with results that are balanced, polished, and built to age beautifully.
Known for her meticulous eye and measured technique, she approaches each face with strategy and precision. She believes aesthetic treatments should elevate your features, not change them – enhancing structure, restoring harmony, and maintaining the integrity of your natural beauty.

As a leader at The Med Spa of DFW alongside her mentor Elaine, Leannza integrates aesthetics, wellness, and longevity into personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s long-term goals. She prioritizes education, transparency, and results that look just as beautiful in person as they do in photos.

Maryliz, MA
Maryliz is our Medical Assistant and an important part of the team’s daily flow. She is currently working toward becoming a Registered Nurse and brings enthusiasm and dedication to every appointment.
She serves as our injectors’ right hand behind the scenes. Her goal is simple: make your experience feel smooth, comfortable, and welcoming every time you come in.
